When Hurricane Harvey hit with devastating fury, our dedicated Home Care Assistance employees in Houston - impacted themselves by the massive storm - went astronomically above and beyond not only to ensure the safety and well being of their clients, but also to aid and comfort the caregivers, each other and, in an amazing show of humanitarian effort, their local community.
The greater HCA community across the nation has asked how they can help these team members. On behalf of the Executive Team, I established this campaign to raise money that will be used to assist affected caregivers with financial support to help them rebuild their lives.
Upon the closing of our campaign, impacted individuals will be able to request financial support from this campaign to assist them with their financial needs. We only ask that they provide us a brief description of the need for the funds. All funds raised by this campaign will go back to our Houston team members in need.
Home Care Assistance will match 100% of the first $7,500 raised! Additionally, an anonymous benefactor will personally match 100% of the first $2,500 raised! These generous matching contributions will help us be able to positively impact so many employees in need. Please donate before Friday, October 13, 2017 which is our campaign close date.
