Sabrina's Cancer Fund

Sabrina is a 51 year old mother of two grown children, who many of you would know from Wakefield, Massachusetts.  Sabrina was a waitress at Stern's & Hill's in Melrose for ten years, and up until recently, was gainfully employed at Turner's Restaurant in Salem.  Sadly, in August of 2014,  Sabrina was diagnosed with breast cancer. At first, the prognosis looked outstanding, but a sudden turn of events has led to Sabrina having a double masectomy.

Now she is faced with six grueling months of chemotherapy. As anyone in the hospitality industry would know, when you don't work, you don't get paid. The fund is being set up to help support Sabrina through this incredibly difficult time.  Up until now, family and friends have done their best to support Sabrina financially, but sadly that is not enough to sustain over the next six trying months.  Although hopeful at the end of treatment, Sabrina will continue to thrive and return to work.  The Go Fund is not how Sabrina would have liked to support herself, but as of now that is the only way.  Sabrina understands that not everyone is able to support the campaign financially, but any support through the uses of social media or word of mouth are greatly appreciated.
