Rebuilding The Reed's After Harvey

Roxanna & Ashley Reed have loss so much due to Hurricane Harvey & the rising of the San Bernard River.
My sister, brother n law, niece, & nephew lost everything on the first floor of their house and everything in their shop. The San Bernard River is still rising as of today September 2nd. They still can't get into their home because the water is so high! They will have to rebuild, clean, strip out, drain, and get all new things for their house.
Any help will be appreciated .
