Lap band surgery

For years I have done nothing but struggle with my weight. I have completed multiple diets that have helped with a small amount of this weight (40lbs!) that I have been trying to lose. It has gotten to the point where my body aches and is screaming out for help. I am asking my friends and family to help me save my life and to donate anything that you can, even if it’s $1. That’s a dollar more than what I had to start with. I am in pain most days and I’m tired of feeling this way.

The lap band will provide me with the required push to uplift my quality of life and benefit my health.

It took courage and about all that I had in myself to ask for anything. I hate to bother anyone with my problems and I’m always putting people before myself and will continue to do so. Anyone that knows me can tell you I’d give my last dollar, or the shirt off my back to anyone in need. If you can HELP ME PLEASE!!
