The value of the items taken is quite substantial, but so is the hard work that the Raiders players, parents and participants have worked tirelessly for the past 5 years to obtain. We have always prided ourselves on building an elite program while keeping the cost to our families the lowest amount possible; offsetting the cost through the dedication of our volunteers.
The outpouring of support through the social media community has been overwhelming to say the least. Along with the well wishes has been the desire to help the children of the Raider's family. It has been suggested time and time again to start a go fund me campaign as an avenue for the community to assist in our time of need. We teach each of our children the value of hard work, practice after practice and game after game and put forth that same effort to raise every penny.
Unfortunately, with the ongoing health crisis, our normal avenues of fundraising are not feasible at this time. With not knowing when life may return to normal or when traditional means of fundraising can resume, we ask for your assistance to ensure that the children of our community have a safe, healthy and secure place to better themselves, to learn good sportsmanship and values that come through sports.
