Join us for some family fun this May Half Term!
A very talented band of secret crafters from the Hawkedon Primary School community have been busy producing some amazing creations for you to hunt out this half term.
The trail will begin from the post box at the start of Hawkedon Way (near the main school entrance) and will end at Maiden Place, or you can also follow it the other way – it doesn’t matter! Along the way you will find all sorts of crafty creations. Some of them will be labelled with a letter and a number. If you re-arrange the letters into number order and email chair@hpsa-earley.org.uk with your answer to the question you could win a prize. Tag your photos on Twitter with the hashtag #hawkedoncraftytrail and tag @hawkedonassoc for another chance to win. You can also follow the trail just for fun!
As you can imagine, our funds have been severely impacted over the last year. There is no charge to join in with the trail, but if you would like to make a donation to support Hawkedon Primary School Association we would be very grateful.
The trail will be in place from May 29th until June 6th, and all question entries need to be received by June 9th to be entered into the draw.
We want everyone to be able to enjoy this activity safely so please ensure you supervise your children, particularly near roads. Please also be mindful of the latest social distancing guidelines and ensure you wash or sanitise your hands regularly (we suggest you carry hand sanitiser with you). We hope the weather will be kind, so don’t forget your hats and sun cream. Please try to avoid touching the crafty creations to ensure they remain beautiful for everyone to enjoy.
