Havens Fight with Leukaemia

On behalf of our selfless and amazing friends Holly and Damon and there beautiful boys Haven (5) and Sonny (3) I am reaching out to our community and friends for help and support.

On the 4th of December, 2021 Damon and Hollys life was flipped upside down and turned into any parents worst nightmare. Our little Haven was suddenly diagnosed with B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia, 2 weeks shy of Havens 5th birthday.

Havens fight has just started with him receiving his first of many chemotherapy treatments on Monday 6th December and the journey ahead will be long and unknown. However they are all staying strong and positive for Haven.

Haven and his family have had to move from their home in Townsville to Brisbane for Havens treatments for at least the next couple of months. Then with on going back and forth treatments and tests that are required in Brisbane for up to the next 2.5 years.

If your unfamiliar with them, this family are the most selfless people who never ask for help and even in this position at a time in need still are staying strong and put everyone else’s needs before themselves.

Any funds raised will be used to assist and support their family financially through this journey. Things such as medications that are not covered by Medicare, transport, groceries and ongoing bills such as mortgages, car payments ect that unfortunately continue no matter the circumstance. Any donations big or small will help so they can put there focus on Haven and his fight ahead.
