Have a Shovel Build her Mountain!!

March29,2014 was my daughters second worse day of her life. The 1st being the day her sister passed away. One day you are fine & loving life, playing with Jennifers only son Jonah. Running around playing tag, building sand castles on the beach, taking road trips, jumping on trampolines & doing what kid's love best being active!! BAM in a split second your life forever changes.
Hi everyone reading this I'm Susan Weiner, Jennifer Kahns Mother. I'm asking everyone and anyone to see if you can help our WARRIOR!
On that dreadful day March29,2014 Jennifer slipped and fell at TARGET in Farmington. Soley by their negligance. Jennifer had just walked in the store on a dry night & had to use the restroom. No caution signs or anything were in place to alarm her that the floor had been wet. Straight up in the air she went & landed flat on her back while smacking her head on the floor. Immediately noticing her pants were wet  with a clear substance (WATER). Jennifer screamed out but nobody heard her. Being the fighter she is while in shock she tried standing to get to the Starbucks counter. That's where she yelled for help and slid back down to the ground awaiting for the paremedics in HORRIFIC pain. 
Yes the next question asked is did my daughter sue?That answer is yes and due to pure CORRUPTION by the honorable Federal Judge  and TARGET my baby lost. As did her attourney whose job was manipulated by the judge and given a 5 minute time limit on closing arguments. We sat in that disgusting court room day after day while Jen was in such agony. Only for the verdict to come back NOT GUILTY!! Now that CORRUPTED TARGET whose witnesses lied under oath have the nerve to come after my daughter for money, being that it took up their prescious court time. What, my daughter's entire life has been flipped upsidedown  by your ignorance and negligence. I don't think so TARGET!!
Since Jens accident she has endured 6 very painful and dangerous surgeries. Including the fact she now has a neurobladder & has to straight cath 4-5 times a day. There's now an intrathecal spinal cord pump the size of a hockey puck bulging from her stomach that has to be drained & filled every 3 months for life. As a direct result of the break in her back she has a very serious form of Arachnoiditis, a debilitating nerve disease. There is no cure and will only continue to get worse&worse as the scans are already showing. At this moment Jen depends on a walker with a seat as her legs can give out at anytime without warning. This is used for short distance & a manual wheelchair for any length. In which I nor her Dad can push anymore. So Bobby, Jens fiance is the only one who can truly push it. Problem is that he is constantly working and suffered a heart attack himself a year ago. Jennifer is a prisoner within her own body. 
At this moment she has over$100,000.00 in medical bills not including the thousands shes's been sent to collection for. Jennifer has to now file for bankruptcy because this has completely killed her credit.This is just another stress in her life. Her walker completely broke and is the reason she fell a couple weeks ago. By the grace of GOD her church Orcahard Grove had 1 that was not being used & gave it to her. Not the exact 1 she needs but Jen is so overwhelmed that someone reached out to her. Due to Medicare only allowing patients to get life saving equiptment every 5 years. This to say the least is a bit unpractical. Not to mention they're living in a very unsafe place. It's not handicapped equipt at all. The landlord will not allow any ramps to be built. Plus the laundry is in the basement and Jen can no longer use stairs. They really had there hearts set on an open ranch which they could make handicap equipt. Jens faith is very strong & feels that in time that will happen. Jennifer desperately needs an electronic scooter along with a car that it can get in. This will give her more independance that she so badly yearns for. Also this way she can attend & do many more things with her pride and joy Jonah Marley Boudreau who is 6 now. Jen has missed out on every event, field trip, sports,family outing, holidays etc because of the severity of her situation. Her friends through a surprise 40th Birthday party for her which was so kind. Unfortunately Jen was in an emergency procedure. So her 40th was spent in the hospital. The verbal abuse she's taken from some in the medical field is beyond disgusting! ! In which Jen has journaled from day 1 of the accident & continues to this day.
My daughter's entire life has been dedicated to helping other's in a judgement free zone! Her passion to help others not just physically & menatlly taking care of them but advocating as well. It's nothing I've ever seen before and makes me a proud Mother. Jennifer is fighting so very hard in this no end battle. QUITTING is not in her vocabulary !!
That is why I am starting this Go Fund Me account on my babys behalf. PLEASE open your hearts and minds to rally behind this WARRIOR. As Jen so clearly knows better then anyone that if you can't donate, that you simply spread the word. We can't let MILLION $ CORPORATION'S  get away with this like TARGET has!! Jen has a very hard time asking for help & was very hesitant about letting me do this for her. There is so much she needs to make her safer. Jen wanted me to make this very clear that none of this is for materialistic items. Like I said my daughter very seldom put herself 1st. PLEASE HELP MY DAUGHTER SHE WOULD HELP ANYONE!
