Help with my new feet

So if you know me you have probably seen me limp. I have my entire life and I want to tell you why. I was born with Bilateral clubbed feet. Which means my feet were turned in and on there sides at birth. My first corrective surgery was soon after I was born. 15 surgeries later and here we are! Now after all of those procedures you would think I would be pretty close to 100% by now. But that is not the case. Actually my ankles are regressing back to before my previous procedure. It can be extremely painful some days. Walking fast, running, jumping, and really anything on my feet are extremely painful and getting worse.  There are no pain killers or steroid injections that have been effective.
I have 2 options for my future that would be effective. Amputation or a product called Exosym. Obviously amputation is extreme but so is my pain. After finding a clubfoot support group, I was quickly informed about the Exosym.  Now this is a game changing product that is specifically designed for people just like me. Everyone I've talked about the product to has told me they have little to no pain at all! So I looked into it. The exosym is only available at the Hanger Clinic in Gig Harbor, Washington. It's a 9 day ordeal and expensive. Unfortunaly they do not accept insurance because of a governmant mandate, so I have to pay upfront. 

This is where I do the hardest part. I'm not too big on asking for help. It makes me very uncomfortable. But i'm not really sure what else to do. I am going to put away as much as I possibly can but it's going to take me years. I really dont know if my feet are going to last that long.  Anything you can do would make me so happy. I will try my hardest to return the favor some how later in life. Thank you so much.
