Harvey Relief for Brent and Cassie

Cassie is a close friend of mine that had the rotten luck to be living in the path of Harvey. Like many others she and her husband Brent have lost their house and nearly all their belongings to the flood, and are now homeless. They've got only their cats and clothes on their backs, and to make matters worse, Cassie was injured during the evacuation and spent a few days in the hospital fighting a life-threatening infection. 

Right now it's hard to say how much they'll need to raise after being uprooted and moving out of state to start over, so the goal will be adjusted as needed, but for now we'd just like to get them to a place where they don't have to worry about the basics like clothes, food, gas, and pet supplies. Every little bit helps, and if you're looking to help out in the aftermath of Harvey, this is as direct as it gets!
