Harvey flood relief: Moody family

This campaign is for some friends--James and Dawn Moody (and family)--who recently moved back to the Houston area, just in time to get flooded out by the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.

Because they were renting, they have no flood insurance, and they have lost practically all of their belongings other than what they could carry with them once the house began to take on water this past weekend. Including their car...

As you can tell from the video Dawn made during and shortly after they arrived at a motel in The Woodlands, emotions are high. The family needs your help.

While I completely understand that this is but one of MANY families that needs assistance during this terrible time in the Houston area, anything you can give toward this campaign will help them get back on their feet.

James works in marketing in The Woodlands area, has been heavily involved in the Houston music scene in the past, both here and in the Waco area, and Dawn is a self-employed artist. Both are currently unable to earn an income until the situation in the southeast Texas region improves.
