Harvey Took Willow’s Laptop!

Hey pals,
Our friend and HSPVA alum and all-around good person Willow Curry has recently faced some hardship, and could use our assistance!
Over the past couple of years, Willow spent just about all of her emotional and financial resources on caring for her father before his passing early in 2017.
Then, a few months ago, during Hurricane Harvey, the home she was staying in flooded to the point that she needed to be rescued. Like, in a raft.
During this process, her laptop -- which she had previously purchased with her own money -- was lost to the storm.
Since then, Willow has been making an effort to start anew, but as a writer and artist and human being, it is difficult for her to apply for (or complete) jobs without a computer. And without the familial support system many of us are lucky enough to have, she could really benefit from some help, however incremental, from her friends.
Any funds raised by this project will go directly toward the purchase of a Microsoft Surface Pro (Intel Core i5, 128 GB SSD, 4GB RAM) for Willow to replace the one lost as a result of Hurricane Harvey. Funds raised beyond that amount will be spent for a keyboard attachment (allowing the tablet to work as a laptop) to replace one that was also lost.
If you know Willow, then you know she is a kind, generous person who has been a positive force in all of our lives. If you don't know her, NOW you know that she is a kind, generous person who has been a positive force in a bunch of people's lives. She has been there for a lot of people that have needed her in the past, and this is an opportunity for us to do the same for her.
