Harvey- Texas Volunteer Mission

I (Skip Parr) had the opportunity after Hurricane Katrina to spend time in MS to feed, serve and help those in need.  It was an awesome experience to help those in need.  Years later, Hurricane Harvey has pounded Texas and once again I feel the call to serve those in need.  So, I'm headed out Monday (leaving Acworth) with 5 other guys from Freedom Church and spending a week serving, feeding, and doing whatever is needed for those who need help.  We will fly from Atlanta to Houston and touch down Monday morning and begin work immedietely.  It looks like we will be cleaning out homes, ripping out wet drywall, etc.  I'm so excited.  I'd appreciate your prayers first and foremost as we go and if you'd like to contribute towards the trip that would be cool too!  The money raised will be used for transportation, buying supplies (drywal, foord, water, etc) .
