PLEASE HELP

My name is Marcie and I live in Virginia. Susie is my sister, her and her husband David live in Texas outside of Houston by the Gulf. They were horribly effected by Harvey. Their house is surrounded by water and they still have water inside and no flood insurance. They will need monies for Sheetrock, water well air conditioners and much more. You can imagine how devastating this is. They cannot leave their house! Any help for my sister would be so appreciative. She is a wonderful caring person who opens her home to foster dogs and she rescues them. Please help.
