Harrison's Toy Appeal 2020

As Some of you Know, I have taken part in raising money for the local Toy Appeal since I was 5 year’s old. Each year I have been able to smash the last years total and managed to donate even more toys.
My reason for starting this appeal eight year’s ago is:
At the age of 5 I was in Mums car when the radio presenter was asking local people to donate toys to less fortunate children! I was heart broken to hear that some children would not be receiving gifts and experiencing the Christmas magic. Since then I have took part in fundraising for such a worthy cause with much encouragement from Mum and Dad. We have done many things over the years including; colouring posters and selling them to family and friends, making tree decorations, saving my pocket money to buy prizes, naming the teddy and also receiving great support from family and friends who take part in their own fundraisers and then donate some of their funds to my appeal.
So this year I am having to take part in a lesser contact fundraiser due to the current pandemic. I would love it if you could help me smash my last years total of £450.00 by donating any amount possible as it really does make a difference to these children and helps them have a memorable Christmas.
So, as a keen Ice Hockey player I will be taking part in a sponsored Skate on Saturday 5th December approximately 5 miles in full kit (It is very heavy) and thankfully swapping my Ice skates for Inlines. I will be starting from Cronton Garden Centre (Widnes) then making our way through Victoria park and detouring through town and them making our final miles to finish at the old Runcorn bridge.
