Holiday Greetings to you and your family! The Harrison Township Fire Department- Local 1737- is venturing out to create our first Virtual Christmas Giving Tree!
Your charity, kindness, and holiday spirit will help bring Christmas cheer to 16 families in need living within the Harrison Township area. Donations will provide wish list items for these families as well as everyday essentials and a full holiday meal!
We have set up a Virtual Giving Tree to access online via SignUp.com titled "Christmas Giving Tree - Local 1737 HTFD." https://signup.com/go/VwHffFh.
If ANY tags are not picked up for these families, our Firefighters will use your
GoFundMe donations to purchase and wrap each of these gifts personally so they will be ready for pick-up by Christmas day. Your donation will also be used to provide a holiday meal for each family.
We have set our deadline for the Virtual Giving Tree tag pick-up for December 16th, 2020. We are asking that any funds donated to our GoFundMe account be sent in before the end of the Christmas season so we can shop for any remaining gifts.
We know 2020 has been tough for you, for us, for everyone. Please help us help those families in need that have felt this impact the hardest this year.
