Meet Harper, the sweetest mud pie you have ever met. Harper was dumped with no regard for her safety by someone who clearly didn’t either feel like they had a choice or just didn’t care.

Harper needs vetting and grooming. Estimated vet costs at this stage for desexing, microchipping etc are $250 and her grooming is estimated at $250-$400 depending on how bad the matting is.
