Support for Harper & Family

We are looking to provide a little financial support for this hardworking, self employed family during a time of desperate uncertainty in the health condition of their youngest child.
This beautiful, brave girl is currently under her 3rd general anaesthetic in a week.
She has suffered acute kidney failure, peritonitis, seizures and is now facing a lifetime of type 1 diabetes. She has undergone endless peritoneal dialysis, haemodialysis, 3 operations, 3 blood transfusions, finger/toe pricks & insulin injections all because of a little known illness called HUS (haemolytic uremic syndrome) brought on as a result of contracting the E. coli virus on holiday, likely via something she had eaten.
She has been in a specialist children’s kidney unit 120 miles from home for over 2 weeks now and continues to fight on despite the fear and uncertainty she faces.
Whilst Mum, Melissa, is coping admirably with everything at the hospital, Dad, Dean, is doing a great job of looking after their 3 elder children. Now more than ever the whole family needs to see each other but hotel, petrol and hospital car parking costs mount up very quickly.
Little Harper’s parents are both extremely hard working self employed people. With the stress of being so far from home, on top of worrying about their baby girl, money is the last thing they should have to be thinking about. This could happen to any one of us so please donate anything you can to help this family have a little less pressure on their tired shoulders.
As a family they are very strong and would never ask for help but they deserve a big show of support to keep them going down, what seems is going to be, a very long road.
