PANDAS cure for Harley

Harley was an outgoing little girl that enjoyed life. No matter where she went, she always left a lasting impression. In February of 2014, Harley suffered from a simple strep throat infection. Suddenly she developed severe motor tics, OCD and anxiety. Harley's life changed seemingly overnight. After receiving evaluations from several doctor's, Harley was diagnosed with PANDAS (Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorder associated with Streptococcal infections). Harley's immune system is attacking her brain. It is a terrible illness to watch a beautiful  little girl go through every waking hour of every day. Harley desperately needs a plasma infusion also known as IVIG. This procedure is very expensive (approx. 12,000 per treatment). Unfortunately, insurance companies do not want to cover such treatments due to the limited research on PANDAS illness, regardless of the studies that have shown GREAT success and remission for these children!
