Happy Onyx Not So Happy: Orthopedic Surgery Needed

Hello everybody. My name is Onyx White. I am a 12 pound, 2-year-old Shih Tzu mixed with Yorkie.  Due to an unfortunate accident I need a surgical repair of 2 broken bones in my front leg. 


My doctor applied a cast in hopes that it would fix my bones. Sadly after 6 weeks, several x-rays and a orthopedic surgeon consult it has been determined that I need a Bone Plate Repair to prevent amputation. My 10-year-old best friend and my Mom are very sad. Please bring back my family smiles by donating to prevent amputation.  It is imperative to get my leg fixed soon.  The surgeon would like to get this surgery done by the second week in November or sooner with 11/20/2020 being the last surgical date offered.

The cost of my surgery is $4,000.00 but any amount would be greatly appreciated. The amount asking is to cover the surgery, follow-up exams with x-rays, and the GoFundMe fees. Can you please help me get well, so I can run, jump, and play again?
