Pepsi needs surgery to walk again.

It's 10.30pm 10/01/18 approx 4hrs ago my daughter came running into me saying, something is wrong with Pepsi. When I got to him he couldn't walk. A trip to the emergency vet and he had a slipped disc causing paralysis in his back legs.
We have a 48hr window for sugery before the damage is permanent and he will never walk again. This surgery is quoted to be between $5000 and $10,000 it has 95% success rate.
Unfortunately I don't have amount of money.
Pepsi is a cavoodle, only 4yrs old and is like one of my children. He is my second shadow. My children adore him. He is passionate (no obsessed with balls and the hose).
Our hearts are breaking right now.
I have promised my kids and Pepsi that I will do everything in my power.
