Hannah is a very amazing and brave 13 year old with Stage 1 Breast Cancer.

We are trying to raise funds for her medical bills and and her chemo treatments that just started June 2nd 2014.

Here is Hannah's Story from her mother:

Hannah became very sick in January 2014. She began experiencing large amounts of pain and burning in her left breast and arm pit.  On January 15, at 2:30 am, she woke her father and I in extreme pain, burning and bleeding from the breast, asking to go to the hospital, she then told us she felt a lump in her breast. A trip to the doctor revealed, shockingly to the medical staff, a 4 cm lump. She then was referred to her pediatrician who stated she had never had this occur in her many years of practice. Several trips to have an ultrasound of the left breast confirmed a mass that was growing. She went thru weeks of antibiotics and anti inflammatories assuming, before biopsy, it was either an abscess or inflammation.  Unfortunately, it was not that simple.  February 22, biopsy results revealed a rare disease termed PASH, Pseudoangiomastil Stromal Hyperplasia. This is a rare disease occurring mostly in pre and post menopausal women. Not much is known of this disease since it is so newly diagnosed. First found in 1989 only 110 people have been diagnosed with this since 2005. Hannah being the youngest female in NC.  PASH itself is usually never cancer, however, the density of the mass often masks cancer cells in the underlying tissue. After visits to Levine Children's Center in Charlotte and Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, we finally ended up at Brenners Children's Hospital in Winston Salem NC at the Breast Cancer Center.  After months of testing, meds and worry, Hannah had a complete Left Mastectomy on April 15, 2014.  Waiting on the pathology results were overwhelming. We received the call a week later that indeed, Hannah had stage one breast cancer. During surgery, the mass itself, was removed completely into the armpit.  It had almost reached the lymph nodes, but thank God, Had not. Hannah was given a month to heal before starting chemotherapy.  She began her first chemo treatment June 2, 2014.  It has been a long road travelled and a few miles left on this journey. This was an active child who was very involved in sports, her community and school.  She has lost some hair, her glory (lol), cried only a few tears but been a fighter and oh so brave!!!

This is just the highlights of the story. Much emotion and struggles have been left out to shorten the story.

Thank you in advance for any help you can give!!!
