Help this Precious Handicapped Puppy

Let's rally and help this 3 ½ month old puppy. He was rescued from a family that kept him around to laugh at him because "he walks like he is drunk". He was often kicked and mistreated because of his condition. They were getting ready to have him put to sleep or take him out into the woods and be left to starve and die all alone. He has Cerebellar Hypoplasia where his brain didn't fully form. With physical therapy, a dog cart and lots of love this little one can live a good life. We need to transport him across the country (by plane) to a home which we be able to provide him 24 hour / 7 days a week care and the best physical therapy in a state of the art medical facility.
Our little team has rescued dogs across the country - this little guy tugged at our hearts. To think that he could have been put to sleep when all he needed was someone willing to provide extra care and to make sure he gets the hydro therapy he needs. Dogs with this condition thrive and do well and are extremely happy if someone will invest the love and time.
He will be flying (in the cabin of the plane) to Kanab, Utah where his new mom, Carla will care for him 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. He will get physical therapy from a state of the art medical clinic.
Because of his extreme movements he needs a special cart built specifically for him and his needs. This cart will help to build his muscles with the goal that he improve and be able to walk better. This cart is $900 alone. While it is expensive it will give him the best opportunity to not only improve his walking but to thrive.
We are so excited to see what love, therapy and great care can do for this little one. He'll have a facebook page so we can all follow his progress. Carla promises lots of photos and videos!
If we do raise more than our goal the monies will go to help other dogs. Ones just like him or in wheelies. Every extra penny will go to a dog that needs help.
