Handicap Van for friend with Lou Gehrig's Disease

In 2017, my friend Jessica Lundqvist's mother was killed in a terrible car accident  by a drunk driver, days before her 50th birthday and just weeks before Christmas and her parent's 25th wedding anniversary.   A few months later, Jessica's father was diagnosed with a neurological illness, first thought to be Lyme Disease.  After several months of treatment, her father,  David, was then diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's Disease.

David has been in and out of hospitals and rehabilitation centers the past 3 years, receiving constant medical care.  He is now living with Jessica in her town home in Boynton Beach.  Jessica is trying to get a handicap van so she can take her father out of the house as often as possible and to doctor appointments.  He is now completely dependent on a wheelchair and Jessica nor her father have the money to buy a van.

Jessica found a used, 2015 Dodge Caravan in very good condition for $27,000.  I have put this fundraiser together in the hopes that enough money can be raised to either pay for the van outright or enough to help off-set this expense for Jessica and her father.
