Handicap Car Equipment

Wanda De Leon Avila is a wonderful teacher and needs transportation to work.  Her wonderful parents have help with transportation but she will like to be able to be an independent woman.  Please help her get her to wish in getting the proper equipment to be installed in her car so she can be able to come to work.
