Hand cycle trike for handicap user.

I have spina bifida, and am paralyzed from the waist down. I rely on my wife to support me right now. I am wanting to get a new bike, I used to bike alot and would love to get back into it. As I have aged my legs have seized stuck into a sitting position. I can no longer use the bike I have, and I am very limited on options I can use. So this is the bike I'm looking at... You see the price... They're not easy to afford, and there is no way that my family and I can do this on our own. So I ask for assistance. I also will take the bike I currently own that I cannot use, and an old wheelchair that I have and would like to fix them up to nice working order and donate them. That is why I am asking slightly over price of the bike, so that I can set up a good chair, and older bike for someone else in need (I would not want someone to have them in their current state.) This is one of the many prices of being handicap, and so I am asking assistance in making this happen.
