A month ago, the kids who participate in the youth athletic program sponsored by the Hampton-Newport News Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. were robbed. Around August 26, the above trailer that has for years served to store and transport equipment and supplies used to operate the Kappa Cardinals Concession Stand was stolen. Proceeds from concession stand sales during football games at Gosnolds Hope Park were one of the main sources of revenue used to help pay for football equipment, and football and cheer uniforms.  Contents of the trailer include: ·     

        4 - 10’ x 10’ EZ-UP Canopies

·      8 - 150-quart Ice Chests/Coolers

·      6 - 6’ x 30” Plastic Folding Banquet Table

·      8 - 14-quart Cast Iron Dutch Oven (Deep Fryers)

·      10 - Refillable 20 lb/4.7-Gal Propane Tanks

·      5 - 2-Burner Propane Cookers

·      1 - 4-Burner Propane Hot Dog Grill

·      3 - 5-gallon Water Coolers

·      Miscellaneous – Ground Cover, Table Cloths, Aprons, Mittens, Spent Oil Cans, Trailer Tool Kit (Thermometers, Ph Test Strips, Tongs, Caution Tape, Pliers, Stakes, Mallets, etc.)
