Hakeem's Leukemia Treatment Fund

Hakeem was recently diagnosed with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. This is a type of cancer that affects the white blood cells. It progresses rapidly and aggressively and requires immediate medical care.  Hakeem is currently at INOVA Fairfax undergoing chemotherapy and will soon receive a consultation for a bone marrow transplant.  His diagnosis requires a lengthy in-patient stay followed by out-patient treatment. 

To many Hakeem is a friend, brother, professor, music therapist, community agent, and fellow believer.  Although he remains in encouraged and in good spirits, he welcomes your emotional and financial support.
