This GoFundMe Campaign has been set up to help with Medical and Funeral expenses for Hailey Jade Heger.
Last week, Hailey Jade, a happy and healthy 1 year old girl, stopped breathing without warning. She was recessitated and life flighted to Dorenbecher's Children's Hospital, accompanied by her parents Mike and Crystal. She was placed on life support in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. After a 2 days of monitoring and tests, it was determined that Hailey had global brain damage due to the time she went without breathing.
Mike and Crystal were faced with 2 very tough decisions. First, they had to make the call to remove her from life support. Second, they had to decide if they wanted Hailey to be an organ donor. They decided yes to both.
On the evening of Monday, December 4, 2017, Mike and Crystal made the ultimate sacrifice and Hailey gave the ultimate gift. Hailey went to heaven and the two children received Hailey's donations and will now live.
Now, in the aftermath of this unforseen tragedy, Mike and Crystal are left with medical bills and funeral expenses for their little girl. Please join me in donating to help cover these expenses. The last thing that should be on the mind of these amazing parents right now should be finances.
