I dream of opening Monca, a bakery–coffee shop where every bread, every pastry, and every aroma tells a story. It has been a path full of challenges, but also full of learning, resilience, and the belief that dreams can be built with our own hands.

<div>For years, I kept this dream hidden — out of fear, lack of resources, and difficult personal circumstances. But today I am determined to make it real. I’ve pushed forward as far as I possibly can, and now I need your help to take the final step.

<div>My goal is to offer fresh, handcrafted products with flavors that comfort, evoke memories, and connect with emotions. And above all, I want Monca to be a place where the community feels part of the project from day one.

<div>Desde pequeño, la cocina ha sido mi refugio, mi forma de conectar con la gente y de expresar lo que llevo dentro. Sueño con abrir Monca, una panadería–cafetería donde cada pan, cada dulce y cada aroma cuenten una historia. Ha sido un camino lleno de retos, pero también de aprendizajes, de resiliencia y de fe en que los sueños sí se pueden construir con nuestras propias manos.

<div>Durante años dejé guardado este sueño por miedo, por falta de recursos y por circunstancias personales difíciles. Pero hoy estoy decidido a hacerlo realidad. He avanzado todo lo que humanamente he podido, y ahora necesito tu ayuda para dar el último gran paso.

<div>Ya he logrado mucho con todos los medios que he tenido.
