Training over 200 developers, product designers and managers helped us understand and discover that traditional bootcamps have never been enough and will never be enough to get techies the experience required to become entry/mid-level developers.

Hackthejobs is the solution we came together to build; Hackthejobs is designed to bridge the gap between tech training and employment in tech, it is a work experience accelerator program to help newbies in tech garner the experiences they require to become entry/mid-level which will help them land their first role in tech with ease.

We connect budding tech talents with seasoned mentors, forming teams consisting of developers, product managers and designers under the guidance of SPMs. Together, this team tackle real-world challenges and projects, building innovative products with the potential to be launched in the market that address pressing global issues outlined in the Sustainable Development Goals.
