Hello Family and Friends!
Back in September I started an internship at Overcomer Covenant Church. It is an 11 month program designed to give us training in practical and professional skills. It teaches us discipline that affects our character and then releases us into our calling. Basically, I'm learning a lot about myself and even more about God. My relationship with God is growing and being strengthened daily. I have been healed from past hurts and am now discovering my passions, dreams, gifts and ultimately my calling. Which brings me to why I have created this fundraiser. Now, half way through this internship we have been assigned ministries. The leadership prays and chooses a ministry they believe we will grow and thrive in. I was assigned to Missions and Outreach. If you know me this could not have been a more perfect fit. My heart is to travel this world and make a difference in it. An opportunity just came up for me to travel with a team from OCC to South East Asia. They will be spending 5 days in Cambodia ministering at a safe house and 7 days in Thailand; ministering to homeless communities, teaching English, and working with blind children. The team will be leaving February 18th and will be there for 2 weeks. God has opened the first set of doors with the invitation, then another set with the approval from my pastoral team, now I am using my faith and believing that God will continue to allow me to walk through the final door with providing the finances. Would you please pray and consider supporting me to help me be a part of this team? I believe there is a call to missions in the Tercero family at large. I believe this call has been placed on my life as well. As the date, February 18th, quickly approaches, swift prayers and generosity is greatly appreciated whether big or small!
