update: my cancer has returned and I am out of conventional options. The current 5 year survival rate for pancreatic cancer is 13%, so me being 7 years from diagnosis is truly a miracle. I am currently enrolled in a clinical trial in SLC that has required travel every week, which is not fully covered by the trial. My mom and sister have taken turns traveling with me (their expenses are not covered).

I am also very cognizant of my mental health and have made time for family and friends to focus on memories and relaxation from the trial.
