Funeral expenses for Belinda Lopez

To everyone who may not yet have heard the news, Today, Sandra's mother Belinda Lopez passed away in a San Antonio hospital and is now resting in peace, but we are overwhelmed with sadness.  So many of you have been gracious in your responses and expressing your love through thoughts and prayers for my wife and her family,  so thank you for that and please continue to pray.  I'm passing along your sympathies as I'm able to do so.  And like so many of you, I feel a great sense of helplessness as my wife navigates through these deepest and darkest of waters.  So many people have asked "what can I do?"

The one thing that is weighing heavily on our hearts and minds is the tremendous cost of all that lies ahead. There is the typical cost of the funeral service but in addition there is the expense involved with transportation from San Antonio to her home town of Corpus Christi where she lived her entire life. We have been shocked at these costs and are humbly asking for any assistance you can provide. I would appreciate it so very much but please don't feel obligated.  Give only if you're able, and if it's from your heart.
