<div>Hello, my name is Anthony Gaudio and the last few weeks have been really upsetting. <strong>My dog Atlas, a German Shepherd of only four years old, has a problem with his heart where the sack around his heart fills up with fluid, putting pressure around it, causing him to breathe heavily, not be able to sleep or lay down, and go into heart failure.</strong> After already 2 sessions of draining the fluid around his heart and his abdomen, we've spoken to the surgeons. There is a procedure that is available for Atlas that will give him a normal and long life. <strong>The surgery costs anywhere between $10,000 and $15,000.</strong> Other than this heart condition, he is a perfectly happy, healthy young dog that loves to play, loves to go on walks, and loves to give kisses. So, I'm asking for anyone's help, whether it be big or small, to help us reach this goal so we'll be able to pay for Atlas's surgery. That way, he could be around to live the normal life he was supposed to have. I appreciate anything anyone can do for us to help us reach our goal and save his life.
