Tortola BVI Hurricane Irma

Hurricane Irma devasted many Carribbean islands including Tortola in the BVI. The people here are heavily dependent on tourism for their livelihood. There will be very few tourists the rest of this year and 2018 which will cripple the Island's economy. I would like to help the family of Phillip Tyrone. I managed to communicate with Phillip about two weeks after the hurricane and there is very little organized help to rebuild.  They lost their boat (sunk) and have major damage to their home and belongings. Without their boat they have lost their major income source. We met this family on several vacations to the BVI and know them as a very resourceful and kind bunch of people but they need help, a lot of help to survive the hard times ahead.  If we can help this family get back on its feet, they will help others on the island get back on their feet as well. They are that kind of people, resourceful and helpful. I am collecting money to help them rebuild their livelihood.
