Helping Hands for Zoey

My friend and fellow Stella & Dot stylist, Sheri Raike (from Fort McMurray, AB) has a daughter, Zoey, that has been going through some very tough times these last few weeks. Over the course of her life she has had over 9 surgeries and Zoey hasn't turned 2 yet. Recently, Zoey had to undergo a very serious brain surgery for a shunt to be put into her brain to allow pressure to be released. She has had numerous IVs, medications, and gastro surgeries, nothing that a 2 year old should have to endure. She is having issues with her vision, mobility, development and growth and her digestive stystem. Though extremely difficult, Zoey has been so very strong though all of these major issues, and is working hard to a slow recovery, and is still in good spirits and still her sweet self.

Knowing what it does to a family financially, mentally, physically and emotionally, we thought it would be a good idea to start a Go Fund Me to help raise funds and support for Sheri, Zoey, Damian (dad) and her older brother Tristan.

Sheri and her husband have been staying at Ronald MacDonald house, but still have to pay (though cheaper than a hotel) to stay there. It can be very expensive over time. Her brother Tristan is away from his family and is staying with relatives at this time. It has been very challenging for the family.
