Women of the Bible Tour in Israel

Dear Friends and Family,
I have the most amazing opportunity to travel to Israel. I have been invited to attend the Beloved II, Women of the Bible Tour. The trip begins May 20th and ends on May 31st, 2018. I am in need of $2,600.00 to cover the remaining traveling expenses.
I am currently a Junior at New Hope Christian College in Eugene, Oregon. When I was 15, I felt Gods call into full-time ministry. God has put it on my heart to teach and disciple men and women leaders of all ages. I will be graduating next spring of May in 2019 with a degree of Bachelors of Science in Ministry Leadership with a concentration in Interdisciplinary studies.
I have always had a passion to travel and see the world. Before coming to Bible College in 2015, I thought I knew the Bible but I am humble to say that I was in a shock of how much I didn't actually know. The spring of my sophomore year at NH, I enrolled into Pentateuch and my life was forever changed as I began to read the Bible in a whole new way. Dr. Lynn Jacobson’s teachings made the Torah come to life. I understood the stories I grew up listening to be more than just stories but to see them as real life events involving real people.
My desire is to now explore and discover more of the places that are mentioned in the Bible. During this trip I will visit various locations where women “good and bad,” were used in the Bible. I want to be able to understand the Historical context of the Bible to someday be able teach others to also have a passion to learn, love and live out Gods Word.
I want to say ,Thank you for considering me for prayer and/or financial giving. I know I’m supposed to go to Israel in May 2018. I have already been overwhelmed by the generosity of others support to send me there. I cannot do this alone! Once again, I want to say thank you for considering towards partnering with me to cover my remanning balance of $2,600.
