Bobby's Cancer fighting fund

For the past ten years I have been dealing with crohn's disease. Luckily for me it's been mild for most of that time. In the last year its jumped up to moderate to severe and it's been hard for me to work consistently (Lucky for me I work for very understanding family). 

I was hospitalized about 3 weeks ago and during a CT scan they found a golfball sized lump on my left kidney. I need help, I'm about to have a partial nephrectomy done and I have no insurance. On top of which I spent an already exhorbitant 600 dollars a month for my Crohn's medication.
