My Abby Jo needs help

My 14 year old pug Abby Jo needs help. She has a severe UTI and several struvite bladder stones.  I rushed her back to the vet's this morning to get her something for her pain. She has a bladder stone that is partially blocking her urethra.  Abby is peeing, but it is bloody and she is passing some stones but may need surgery to remove the rest. The doctor is wanting to do bloodwork and then possible surgery. The doctor has also found a lump in one of her mammory glands and she is having issues with her hind legs (possibly disc issues)  The vet can't do anything about her lump or her leg issues until her infection has cleared up.   I need help doing this because I cannot do it on my own.  I have had Abby for almost 2 years now. She was used as a breeding dog and when she was of no use to her owner anymore she was dropped off at the vet to be euthanized. That is when I stepped in and took her home with me.  Abby deserves the world and I love her very much. Please help . Thank you :)
