My niece (Kristina), her husband (Thomas) and their 4 children, (plus the oldest daughter's bf Anthony); were driving on I65 NB in Indiana Sunday morning, when their back tire blew and they lost control of the vehicle causing it to overturn multiple times, landing on its roof.

My niece and her 12 year old daughter (Dakota) were both flown by helicopters to Indianapolis hospitals with critical injuries. Thomas and the other 4 children were taken to a local hospital. Later that day Thomas, their oldest daughter (Paige) and their son (Ethan) were treated and released. Kristina, her two daughters (Dakota and Patricia), and Anthony are still being treated for serious injuries.

We are looking to help cover costs of needed surgeries, ambulance and life flights to the hospital. Below we have included a list of their injuries sustained to let you know where your donations will be contributed.

Kristina (35 years old): critical - split her head open from the crown of her head to between her eyes and her spleen is bleeding, she also has a broken collarbone and her neck broke.

Thomas (33 years old): minor - bruises and swelling.

Anthony (16 years old): serious - fractured back, feet and toes are moving, doctors are hopeful that he will be able to walk.

Paige (15 years old): minor - bruises and swelling.

Dakota (12 years old): critical - suffered a broken jaw, stroke, spinal cord injury and severe facial trauma. She will need facial reconstruction surgery. She is in induced coma and on ventilation.

Patricia (11 years old): serious - fractured her hip ball and socket and muscles torn away from her bone.

Ethan (11 years old): minor - broken ankle, bruises and swelling.
