Old Cochlear Implant, need new one.

hi everybody my name is Lisa Osborn, Im 19 and I was born deaf, I  had surgery when I was youner to be able to hear with a cochlear implant. I go to school and work, I have my liscence and car and the thing is I want to get the new wireless cochlear implant but  its 10,000$ to get the new one and its hard to offord it, my parents try to help me but its so much money along with all the things i have to pay and im young  its  always been my dream Because I have the old one and it bothers me alot  the batteries are always dying and my pouch is falling apart . I can't even wear a dress because of the pouch that holds the device  box with cochlear implant goes around my waist and sticks out alot and people are always asking me what it is  . The new one is on top of ear and doesn't show the box  its wireless . :( hope you all understand me :)
