Bring Deceased U.S. Vet Father Home

I am asking for help to bring home Our Father " United States Army Korean War Vet" John Charles Porr Jr. back home to the U.S from Costa Rica where his body is laying in a 44 degree cooler until we can raise the $ 5000.00 to prepare his body and return to return him to the United States.
The 3 Porr boys " John, Rodney and Thomas Porr scraped up just enough money to go to Costa Rica and what we thought would be easy to bring him home only to find out that we had 15 days to raise $ 5000.00 American Dollars to prepare his body and return him home, we went over there expecting help from the American Embassy V.A. in the assistance with our fathers return only to be giving an affidavit and bill with a quote for the return of him to his family and home land so he may be buried here on U.S. soil with his fellow soldiers.
The Porr Family is a very proud family that never asks for help but I am asking now,,,,, Our last name is "Porr" and we live up to that so any help will greatly appreciated.
