Help Abby get some wheels

Abby needs some new wheels,  her van is at the point of being beyond repair and is limping along. The costs for upkeep at this point are no longer worth it. The state will only provide transportation to and from medical appointments on their schedule. Our girl needs to get out, to be with people, to have the freedom to get to and from appointments when she needs to,  to get to events and speaking engagements, to get supplies for her art... you get the picture. I've done a little research and the cheapest conversion van I can find is almost as old as Abby, and the new ones are OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. I found several in the $25-40K range and so I'm hoping we can get her into that range.  So many of you have asked over the years what you can do to help... here's your chance.
