Our court system is flawed, even corrupt! Our CPS/DFS system is the same. Sadly, when there's division between two parents, this flawed and corrupt system, ends up hurting the child/children. This is what's happened here. Ellie's father has inflicted so much pain and abuse to this sweet girl, solely because of his anger and hatred towards her mother. He has money, her mother, not so much. He hired the expensive lawyer, who, in turn, got her preferred GAL (guardian ad lidem, attorney for the child), who hired a corrupt, sick psychologist and ultimately he won. Ellie is only allowed to see her mother one hour a week.......SUPERVISED!!!!!
I know none of you know this story, but you know me. I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't feel called to help. I'm asking my friends and family to read this and do SOMETHING! If you can't add to the fund, share on your Facebook. My friend Kelly needs her daughter back and Ellie wants her mother back. She's going into 6th grade next year. As we all know, that's a very pivotal time in a girls life with all of the changes happening with her body and hormones. A girl needs her mother. Kelly has found a new attorney who is mortified at this story and is ready to enter a Motion To Modify. PLEASE!!!! Help me help Kelly pay this attorney and get her rights to her daughter back. Nothing feels better than to be able to help someone in need. Every $$ helps.
