Help my brother Rest In Peace

I’m starting this go fund me page in
dedication to my brother Seth who we
just found out has passed away in the
care of the government system. The
reason I post both pictures of when he was a baby and now is to show you all who he is I don’t want the fact that he has
tattoos on his face to turn you away from the fact that he is still human and was neglected by the government. My brother was  a  individual who suffered from schizophrenia and addiction but he had the most sweet and kind hearted selfless soul I have ever met. Today, September 10th 2020, my mother and I went to
look for my brother as we do regular and it was supposed to be his 32nd birthday. After multiple attempts of looking for him in the areas we usually find him at, we were unsuccessful. We then proceeded
to go to 51 division in downtown Toronto so we can file a missing persons report, 
we were then told by 2 detectives at 
that division that he passed away from a drug overdose on July 12th 2020. They
began to tell us they tried to contact the only family member of his that they had
on file, which was my grandmother who passed away back in 2010. After that 
attempt was unsuccessful they gave up
on looking for any other members of the family, they then proceeded to bury my
brother and still notify no member of 
the family. We never got to say goodbye
we never got to properly bury him with 
the company of family and friends, he 
now lays in a cemetery with the only 
thing to show us he’s there is a number. 
Our family is devastated and grieving 
we don’t understand how they can bury a
body and the family had no idea of the 
death. We are asking everyone who can help, to please donate whatever you are
able to in order to help us have a piece of 
mind that he is properly buried with a 
plaque with his name on it to show for it. He is someone’s son, brother, nephew,
grandson, cousin, etc. We would just
like to treat him like a normal human 
being who is resting in peace rather than
a discard of human life like the
government treated him and receive our closure knowing he is properly rested. If there is any money left over we will
personally use it to  buy food and
necessities for our homeless community in the downtown core of Toronto.
