Hope for Mia

This is Mia
Mia is a Sheppard/boxer mix, she is 8 weeks old and I fell in love with her the second I saw her.  Mia came into our lives on Thursday September 13th, little did we know that our lives would change from this point on. 
Instantly, Mia became another member of our family, as our love for her grew stronger and stronger, something else was brewing. On her third day home, Mia starting showing signs of fatigue and discomfort, alarming us instantly. After bringing Mia  into an emergency 24 hour veterinarian hospital, we found out Mia is severely ill, malnourished  and dehydrated, and if we hadn't brought her in when we did, our baby Mia would have died.  Mia stayed overnight for observation and testing,  in the morning we transferred her to her new vet to start her recovery process. The prognosis for Mia was not good and we did not think she would make it past day three.  She is still with us and is fighting very hard to live.  In doing so, it has been and continues to be a expensive, lengthy recovery process.  It turns out, Mia's breeder had been neglecting her of food and water! This breeder was also selling other puppies, along with Mia! To think of the horrible things this breeder has done to these innocent puppies just breaks my heart, and to think if I had not rescued Mia, she would be dead right now. Mia is a fighter and everyday that she is with us is a chance she will pull through.  I have started this account because the escalating bill is something I was unprepared for and I don't want to give up on her.  It breaks my heart to think of having to put down Mia because of the incurring medical expense.    I am asking for your help to save Mia and give her the chance to recover and have a life.  Any donation is greatly appreciated.
