On Saturday November 1st 2014, Jason Boehm tragically sufferred a massive heart attack that he would never recover from. He passed away Tuesday November 4th surrounded by his loving family inluding his fiance and life partner April Horan and his two children Brady and Christian and
Jason is the son-in-law of Citiparks fiscal supervisor Louann Horan.
This fund is to help April provide for her childrens education.
