KLIKme NIA Road Homeless Community

Hi, I’m Lorna Wagg, and I am part of KLIK Mobile Education's “5M in 5Y “revolution of caring!

 

I am a longtime volunteer in the Las Vegas Homeless Ministry, participating in regular feeding programs for the last 15 years. I am very passionate about my homeless ministry because I see Jesus in the homeless.

 

This is me doing our Las Vegas Homeless Ministry every Tuesday morning.

I recently learned about KLIKme and a homeless community in Quezon City that they are helping with KLIK Mobile Education (KLIKme), and I was invited to help by being a KLIKme Angel. Please watch this in-depth video to know more about KLIKme.

I am now a KLIKme Angel raising money to benefit a KLIKme community of 100 out-of-school youth and adults among a homeless community in the NIA road area in Quezon City, Philippines. Through KLIKme, poor high school dropouts will have access to a unique program, a creative blend of cutting-edge technology and Bayanihan from the global Filipino. This facilitated learning program will help them get a high school diploma through DepEd ALS and undergo life and computer skills training to make them employable. See www.klikme.ph

I am delighted to tell my children and grandchildren that I am part of an ambitious effort to lift five million Filipinos out of poverty through education.
