Tammies recovery!

Hi, my name is Robin Hooper and I am starting this for Tammie Sutton. Tammie suffered a tragic accident on December 14, 2021 from a dog fight that lead to a dog bite on both sides of her leg. At the time of the incident no one understood how bad this bite was, it wasn’t until she reached the hospital and her care team cut off her pants to find a massive wound that had been torn out and off her leg down to the bone. She has had an extremely difficult time with this tragedy due to physically healing and mentally processing the loss of both of her dogs which sadly had to be put down that night!

While she was receiving and taking care of herself her healing took a turn with an infection and it required even more care, On Tuesday (1/11/22 ) she found out that she will possibly have to have surgery pending an MRI that she has next week, and knows she will be undergoing physical therapy. At the moment Tammie has no range of motion in her ankle or foot.

Tammie unfortunately has been unable to work since that night, her medical team will not clear her for work or even to put her foot down or apply pressure. She has to have it propped up at all times due to a poor circulation issue caused from the accident. For the time being they have not and will not give her a time frame on when she can return to work.

It has been exactly one month since that night and she’s now receiving her medical bills on top of buying all the needed supplies to care for herself, along with her normal monthly bills… her funds are dwindling.

If you know Tammie at all she’s very generous and she is so independent, in fact she has been refusing all help. However it has come to a point she needs it but would never ask! So I’m stepping in and asking for her, If you have anything…. help Tammie! I will add pictures of her wounds and her healing of her wounds as well as keep everyone updated weekly on her recovery!
